Gary Socola Lives in West Bloomfield, New York with his wife and children. Gary has
hunted big game across North America with a bow and arrow for the past 27 years. Most recently in Quebec where he arrowed a Pope & Young caribou in September 2005
. He currently practices QDM (Quality Deer Management) on over 400 acres of property he owns in Central New York. Last November he harvested a mature 8 point buck
which had a dressed weight of 200 lbs while hunting on the property.

Gary is a Patron member of the NRA and Life Member of the North America Hunting
Club. He is a life member of New York Bowhunters, Inc (NYB) and currently serves as 1st Vice President of the organization. He is the North Eastern Regional Chairman
of the North American Bowhunting Coalition and heads up the Physically Challenged committees for both of these organizations. Over the past 15 years, the NYB
Physically Challenged committee has helped hundreds of hunters with disabilities to get
back into bowhunting using modified equipment. They currently hold an annual hunt for Physically Challenged bowhunters each year in September or October and do not
charge any fees for their assistance. Gary has traveled the country performing seminars on Physically Challenged Bowhunting and most recently gave a presentation
at the Pope and Young Club in August 2005.
